Any of you ever ordered something from SAAuctionsTraders?

Usually, their prices are lower than anywhere else, especially for certain items tractors, and other types of equipments. In my case, I’ve found them to be more expensive than most excavators dealers, but when it comes to other types of vehicles, they’re often the cheapest option out there.

Their products appear to be on sale for quite reasonable prices, which makes them worth checking out.

I’ve purchased a few loaders from SAAuctionsTraders, and overall, I’ve had a good experience with their service and pricing.

The website is fine, but in my opinion, their shipping is a bit slow. As for the prices, they seem pretty similar to those of other places I usually buy from.

I found out that the store offers an inspection period of up to ten business days, depending on the item purchased. There's no upfront payment required. I just need to fill out the registration form, and the selected item will be delivered to my address. I’ll have enough time to test and verify the product. If it turns out that the item doesn’t match what I ordered, I can return it at no cost—there are no return fees for the buyer.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Whether through email or live chat, their team was professional, well-trained, and friendly. One of the vehicles I was interested in turned out to be in poor condition, and they were completely transparent about it. They reached out to inform me of the exact situation and gave me the option to either wait for proper repairs or switch to a similar vehicle. I chose to go with a different one instead. As for the shipping, I was offered the option of expedited delivery, but I decided that waiting five days , including the weekend ,for delivery from the warehouse to my home wasn’t bad at all.

I use them a couple of months ago when I sold my old John Deere . The method they communicated with me was flawless. They even come and pick it up, and SAAuctionsTraders sold it in about one month, over my expectation. Overall I'll happily use them again in the future. I’ve never had any issues with the shipments they sent. All my communication with the sales department and customer service was done through email, and it was always a positive experience.

I wanted to let you know that my shipment from TDL Equipments LLC arrived five days later than originally scheduled. They did provide some explanations, but a delay is still a delay. For a company like SAAuctionsTraders, even small delays can impact their reputation. That said, the overall service was easy to use and trustworthy.
